Located in the Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, along the Dordogne River, the Grands Thermes de La Bourboule offer a Respiratory Pathways thermal treatment for adults and children aged 18 months and over.

Reduce inflammation of the mucous membranes
The Respiratory Tracts spa treatment aims to strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation of the ENT and bronchial mucous membranes and skin tissues, avoiding relapses during winter or at the time of seasonal allergies.

Fix the active ingredients of thermal water
Aerosol therapy techniques, the principle of which is the fragmentation of thermal water into fine particles, ensure the penetration, diffusion and fixation of the active ingredients of thermal water at the level of the respiratory mucosa.

Clean congested airways
The treatment includes 6 daily treatments for a period of 18 days. The treatment combines treatments aimed at cleaning the congested ENT airways such as sniffing, nasal irrigation, nasal bath with pipette, steam shower.

Decongest with a jet of steam
The nasal bath with pipette ensures contact at the nasal mucous membranes with thermal water with circulation from one nostril to the other while the steam shower consists of a decongestant action of a jet of steam projected onto the thorax of the patient.
